the essence (of Yosemite healing arts)

Sweetest perfume from the high alpine…stop to smell the Sky Pilot.

Sweetest perfume from the high alpine…stop to smell the Sky Pilot.

Yosemite Healing Arts has been a long time coming. It is a collaboration of skills, people and place, ebb and flow, life and death. It is all that flows and all that is in the absence of sound. The dramatic landscape of Yosemite can hold everything on the birth-death spectrum. This has been the biggest lesson I’ve learned in my twenty years living here.

On a more substantial level, YHA is a collaboration of my life work and skills which includes a community of local healers and artists who have come to call the Yosemite area home. We have eeked out an existence here because we believe in spending time in magical places and find life’s medicine here.

I invite you to join me and my friends in some of our offerings of bodywork, healing and community gathering.

In love, Heather
