Begin the week with a quiet morning practice in community. Meditation, breath-work and physical movement in mostly silence, allow us to ease into the week. We call on the themes of love, gratitude and compassion to reset our spirit and minds to arrive each moment with full focus and presence.

Started July 2019.

Contact Heather directly for specifics on meeting time and place.
